In brief: PayPal handles checkout and payment details. We use the information needed to fulfil your order, send order and shipping updates, and provide support. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party targeted advertising.

Information we use

Order and delivery details: name, email, delivery address, order contents, amount, payment status, and any information PayPal provides to us to complete and support your order.
Payment details: payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full card number or PayPal password. PayPal may provide a payer email, transaction identifiers, and payment status.
Support messages: your email address and anything you choose to include when you contact us about an order, return, or product.
Basic technical data: when pages and assets load, our hosting and security providers may process IP address, browser/device information, request time, and security events in service logs.

Why we use it

To take and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, and send order confirmation and shipping messages (necessary to perform our contract with you).
To respond to questions, manage returns and refunds, and keep appropriate transaction records (contract, legal obligations, and our legitimate interests in running and protecting the store).
To maintain site security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, and improve the store using limited technical information (legitimate interests).

We do not send promotional email unless you separately ask to receive it. You can withdraw any consent you give at any time.

Who receives information

We share only what is needed with service providers: PayPal for checkout and payment; Cloudflare for website hosting, delivery, and security; Resend for transactional order and shipping emails; and delivery/fulfilment providers as needed to get your purchase to you. Google Fonts is loaded from Google when the storefront is viewed, which means your browser connects to Google to retrieve the font and Google may receive technical connection information. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and service arrangements. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights, customers, or the store. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and local storage

The shop uses browser local storage to remember your selected country and product configuration so your choices persist while you use the store. Hosting or security services may also use strictly necessary technologies. We do not currently use advertising cookies or a third-party analytics tracker on the storefront. You can clear browser storage in your browser settings; doing so may reset saved shop choices.

International processing

We operate from the United States and serve customers in the United States and United Kingdom. Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where UK data protection law applies, we use the transfer mechanism and safeguards available to us through the relevant provider arrangements. How long we keep information

We keep order and transaction records for as long as needed to fulfil the purchase, handle support or disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements. We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the issue and maintain appropriate business records. Technical logs are kept according to our hosting and security providers’ retention settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or take steps to remove identifying details.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or a portable copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Some records must be retained or processing may continue for legal claims or legal obligations. Children

This shop is intended for adults purchasing physical products. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information may contact us to request its deletion.
